About The Nonprofit Founders' Circle
The Nonprofit Founders' Circle is an ongoing membership for new nonprofit founders. It offers education, coaching, and implementation support to help new founders establish their nonprofits' foundations. The program works in 3 important ways:
- First, The Nonprofit Growth Track.TM I've created "phases" of activity to help move you smoothly through the setup and growth of your nonprofit, focusing on one set of org-building topics at a time. The idea is to help members focus on one activity and then move on to the next without feeling lost or overwhelmed.
- Second, live support. Members have the ability to join me live each month for coaching, done-with-you work sessions, or live classes. I love sharing my 30+ years of experience with new founders and connecting with them personally when I can. And,
- Third, flexibility. Members have 24/7 access to the member area. It houses video- and text-based lessons, live event recordings, articles, grant information, the schedule of live monthly events, and more.

PHASE 1: START UP
This phase is for the founder who has begun the nonprofit startup process but has not completed all the steps.
PHASE 2: SET UP
This short phase helps members continue establishing their nonprofit's identity and credibility.
PHASE 3: BUILD UP
In this phase members implement business disciplines that promote an effective programs & operations.
PHASE 4: GROW UP
In this phase, members access classes, coaching, & co-working that focus on long-term sustainability.

Questions & Answers
Can I join the program if I haven't created a nonprofit yet?
No, this membership is designed to support new nonprofit founders. I offer other programs for aspiring founders.
What if the live events don't fit my schedule?
Some monthly events are pre-scheduled, and the schedule is posted inside the program. When members can't attend scheduled events, they can watch the replays. Also, feedback is important to me and if several members have schedule conflicts, the schedule may be adjusted.
Is this just a course?
No, it's an ongoing program that gives members the chance to access classes, workshops, coaching, downloadable documents, and more. Classes are presented in "phases," but each member can choose which of these they want to participate in. And members can decide how long to remain in the program.
Do I have to make a long-term commitment?
No. I created this program with support and flexibility in mind. So members remain for as long as they choose to.
